Yes. The Free plan is free for up to 5 users. It includes GPS clock-in, geofencing for 1 work site, and CSV payroll reports. It needs no payment method. Deactivated users do not count toward the 5-user limit. Upgrade to a paid plan when you need more.

Yes. You can switch between paid plans at any time, and the change applies right away. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the new plan's features apply immediately. Your current users stay active, but you can't add users past the new plan's limit. If the new plan has no admin seats, your admins become employees. Any unused part of a paid period becomes a credit on your next bill.

You add a payment method when you start a paid plan's 14-day trial. You are charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. The free plan needs no payment method.

Each plan has a different user limit: Free supports up to 5, Starter up to 30, Growth up to 75, and Business up to 150. Paid plans charge a flat monthly fee with no per-user charges. Need more than 150? Contact us for custom pricing.
